Carlo County Outlaws is a 2009 ROBLOX film directed by DonCurrency, RoYeL, and Ultrazz. RoYeL served as the producer on the film, and Revenger123 served as the executive producer. RollingBigPower received a story accreditation. It is DonCurrency's directorial debut.
In 1998, in a small town in Texas, a big war is about to unfold. Carlaville, a new town in Carlo County, is predicted to be an overnight metropolitan haven for new businesses. When things didn't work out, the town became abandoned. With factories and buildings already set up, the corporations decided to use them as mass storage facilities. However, when the mob starts a major racketeering business and a local outlaw biker gang takes a stab at trying to control the city, the entire situation turns into a giant war between mobster vs. biker.
Carlo County Outlaws was an original film idea initially created by RollingBigPower on September 4, 2009, when RollingBigPower was beginning to cast actors for the upcoming movie. The film was originally about a war between the police force being overrun by a notorious biker gang and having to fight their way back in control over the small town of Carlaville, in Carlo County.
On November 21, 2009, DonCurrency took over the project, initially without permission from RollingBigPower, and began to develop the film with ZZR Studios and Robux-Soft. Revenger123 was appointed as an executive producer, meanwhile Ultrazz, RoYeL and DonCurrency would be the directors. Filming lasted approximately 4 months, with four individual parts of the film being released independently, then combined together as a single film, from November 29, 2009 to February 2010.
The film was later digitally restored on October 15, 2015, correcting audio issues and having an updated credit scroll that fixed errors present in the original footage.

After the release of Carlo County Outlaws, plans for developing a potential trilogy from the film property were being created by DonCurrency. These sequels remained in a state of planned development until late December 2012 when The Mafia Films was merged into ConFilms, resulting in plans for the sequels to be scrapped. Even after The Mafia Films left ConFilms on March 30, 2013, there were no plans to develop the Carlo County Outlaws intellectual property beyond the original film.
Carlo County Outlaws 2: The Backwoods War was to be the sequel to the first film, focusing on the assassination of Don Karlino, and a power struggle taking place with a rival mafia films based in Mississippi, cumulating in another mafia family war between the two.
Carlo County Outlaws 3: The Final Battle was to be the final film in the installment, focusing on the last days of the Karlino family in Carlaville as they are labeled a terrorist group by the US government. This leads to the US military forcefully taking back Carlaville from the Karlino family.
CosimoValuta's film The Heist was planned to crossover with the Carlo County Outlaws franchise in mid-2013 following shortly after its release. While this planned crossover was later scrapped due to TMF reforms in late 2013, a deleted scene in The Heist features the main character, Ghost, planning on taking his crew down to Carlaville, in Carlo County. A potential cross-over sequel would have focused on the two gangs fighting off against each other.
In late 2014, after AGavent expressed interest to CosimoValuta about rebooting Carlo County Outlaws, CosimoValuta gave Gavent Movies the rights to reboot the film, with The Mafia Films co-producing the project. After The Mafia Films was merged into ConFilms, on November 23, 2015, Gavent Movies and ConFilms came to a deal and announced that the Carlo County Outlaws reboot was officially in development.
On June 27, 2016, The Mafia Films subsidiary was transferred to The Neo-Avant Institution, resulting in DonValuta signing on to the reboot as the film's producer. On July 14, 2016, Ultrazz also joined on as a producer. On December 9, 2016, after a series of conflicts with the Robloxiwood community, DonValuta and The Mafia Films were removed from the Carlo County Outlaws reboot by AGavent.
On March 31, 2017, AGavent officially announced his retirement from the Robloxian film and television industries. rTV Networks acquired a majority of the properties, including JEЯK, merging the properties into its subsidiary rTV Networks Gavent. On May 30, 2017, JERK became a division of rTV Networks. On December 2, 2017, rTV Networks sold JERK to Lava Lamp Entertainment.
On March 18, 2018, The Mafia Films stuck a deal with Lava Lamp Entertainment to secure the rights to the Carlo County Outlaws reboot, with the intention at the time to shut down the production permanently. On March 25, DonValuta officially announced that the Carlo County Outlaws reboot would now be helmed by The Mafia Films under the new title of Carlaville.
- RollingBigPower agreed to let The Mafia Films hold the intellectual property to his idea after seeing the movie.
- The bikes and cars on the set were very difficult to drive. This is why in the film, the bikes frequently swerved and hit various buildings, or drove off the baseplate.
- An accidentally deleted scene depicted The Young Associate's car being carjacked by a biker, thus why in the film Associate RoYeL and The Young Associate are in Caporegime Ultrazz's car headed to his mansion estate.
- Throughout the film, there are frequent dialogue errors addressing film characters by the actor's Roblox username.
